Paladin Leveling Guide

UnlimitedDownloadCenter
I've been personally playing WoW since a few months after release and one of my favorite classes is definitely the Paladin. Being able to Heal, DPS, Wear Place and take on many different roles in the game always made me feel useful in groups and powerful when solo playing. I've leveled several paladins, in fact my first 60 was a Paladin. Many changes have happened to all the classes in WOW over the years, there's been Nerfs and buffs, sometimes it seemed like they were doing this every single patch. Since the release of WOTLK Paladins got quiet a bit of love in my opinion especially in the DPS area were once the term "DPS" and Pally were used in the same sentence a "LOL" would be nessacary. So, you have a Paladin or maybe you're deciding to roll one. There's basically just one question you have to ask when deciding what main talent tree to go down.
Will you be mainly playing with a Group or Solo?
If you're playing in a group you can go down any tree, just decide if you want to heal and go Holy, Tank and go Protection or DPS and go retribution. If you are going to mainly Solo play then without a question you should go Retribution. You will level the fastest. When leveling it comes down to how fast you can kill things to get XP to turnin quests, and Retribution will let you kill the fastest, therefore completing more quests faster. Also Retribution is great for Battlegrounds so when you want to take a break from leveling and jump into a BG you can and handle your own.

Excellent Engineering Leveling Guide

Engineering is one of the MOST FLAMED about WoW topics, whether it’s about Blizzard’s treatment of the profession or just what a pain in the ass the profession is. You can use the guide below if you want…but honestly THIS ENGINEERING GUIDE offers A LOT BETTER Engineering Guide. Also, if you are going to do Engineering you’ll probably want to have A LOT of GOLD so CHECK OUT THIS GUIDE out if you are a noob, rerolling on a new server, or just plain want to be rich.

This is a engineering guide to get you from 1-450. It provides a method to level up your engineering, which has been selected for its low cost and simplicity. However, no matter what, engineering is going to be awfully expensive to grind. It is well worth it though, as it is one of the most hilarious and enjoyable professions in PvP with awesome items like the Discombulator Ray.

I have calculated these numbers as bare minimums, assuming every time you craft something your engineering skill will go up. This is not realistic but also unpredictable, so you should expect to have to have more of the materials than required. An * next to a material means that it will be crafted by you, and you should hold on to it to be used as a material in the crafting of another item. If you need gold to help get these items crafted, use this guide.

For instance, you will see that I have you make 50 Heavy Blasting Powder from levels 126-145, it probably won't take 50 to get to level 145. However, you will need all 50 Heavy Blasting Powder to craft engineering items later on.

Enjoy!

Engineering Leveling Guide

Engineering 1 to 300 Guide

Okay. I decided to pick up engineering, Here's the guide that I created last night, trying to spend the least amount of gold I could. I must admit that it's about 70 gold for EVERYthing, But in the end, you'll have like 20-25 gold in your pocket. This is the Quick and Dirty way. If you can't keep up with the bill, I suggest getting mining, as it alleviates nearly 90% of your costs when you just straight mine to 300.

Before I start, you need to realize this is not a 1-80 leveling guide, it's just a guide that will help you get your engineering up quick, if you need a leveling guide, the best ones are: Joana's 1-80 Horde leveling Guide for horde, and Brian's 1-80 Alliance leveling guide for alliance.

First is the shopping list of all items I used in my powerlevel. You WILL have leftovers on most things but I padded for the unlucky.

Next is the List itself. What to skill up on until the level desired. For instance, 1-40 means stop doing it when you get your 40th profession point. Next, what typically you can do with the item. Then, AHed ingredients and finally the ingredients in ONE make of the crafted item.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Shopping list of items needed:

90 Rough Stones (AH)
80 Coarse Stones(AH)
75 Heavy Stones(AH)
90 Solid Stones(AH)
50 Dense Stones(AH)
10 Wooden Stock (EVend)
29 Weak Flux (EVend)
50 Heavy Leather(AH)
10 Wool Cloth (AH)
10 Mageweave Cloth (AH)
33 Runecloth(AH)
51 Copper Bars(AH)
10 Silver Bars(AH)
55 Bronze Bars(AH)

4 Steel Bars (*get a blacksmith to make from iron and coal, MUCH cheaper.)
126 Mithril Bars *cringes, sorry.*(AH)
159 Thorium Bars *runs*(AH)

Engineering trainers are usually found in major cities.
Artisan engineers can be found in Orgrimmar and Ironforge.
The single master engineer (for all engineers) can be found in Gadgetzan in Tanaris. His name is
Buzzek Bracketswing.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Pick up Schematics that help out:
[Edit: These do not require any type of engineering to have. They are ordinary engineering schematics.]

"Discombulator Ray":
1.You need a DELTA ACCESS security card. It's a low % drop in gnomeregan, so getting it is the hardest part. I've found 3 off of the mobs coming from the back door. You can also find it from AH though in some cases. The important part about delta security card is that it is not BoP, so once you have gotten your schematic, sell it to someone else.

2. You must have 160 engineering.

3. Learn the schematic directly from 3500-D terminals on the way to Thermaplugg from the back door, in the engineering labs.

"Schematics: Repair bot 74A":
Learn this from a scroll on the ground next to Golem Lord Argelmach in BRD at 300 engineering. (First of all, you'll need the Shadowforge Key.

1. Take your first left, unlock the gate, run up to the gate on the right, unlock that, run up to the door on the left, unlock it.

2. Walk up to the big gear in this room, and unlock the chain.

3. Run up the ramp in this room, take the left up the stairs, then follow the hallways. You'll come to a room with about 4 fire elementals, stairs going down on the left, and a ramp going down on the right. Go right.

4. Ahead of you will be many non-elite gnomes and elite elementals standing around. Go straight down from the ramp until you come to a room with a named, and two elementals guarding him.

5. The plans are to your right.)

It takes 12 Thorium Bars, 4 Rugged Leather, 1 Fused Wiring, 2 Elemental Earth, and 1 Elemental Fire. It has only 1 charge before it is expended. Not cheap.

----------------------------------------------------------------
---Types of Artisan Engineering---

[Edit: There are three types of engineering. Goblin, Gnomish and regular Artisan engineering. Unless an engineering item SPECIFICALLY states that it needs "Goblin Engineering (x)" or "Gnomish Engineering (x)" it is free for anyone to use. This means that Gnomish can use Goblin Jumper Cables XL and gnomes make whatever they make (d'oh, you'd think I'd remember what gnomes make with 300 gnomish) and share them with the Goblin engineers. Just check thottbot or wherever to be sure.]

There is a quest starter for Artisan; (Tinkerwiz in Ratchet (observatory) for Horde, and Lilliam Sparkspindle in Stormwind for Alliance.)
The Master Gnome engineer is in Booty Bay.
The Master Goblin engineer is in Gadgetzan. These trainers will give you a task to complete to join
that society. Note that you don't need to choose either, as it is not linked to learning
artisan engineering at level 35 at all.

For your Goblin engineering quest:
20 Big Iron Bombs (190) (3x Iron Bar 3x Heavy Blasting Powder 1x Silver Contact)
20 Solid Dynamite (175) (1x Solid Blasting Powder 1x Silk Cloth)
5 Explosive Sheep (150)
(1x Bronze Framework 1x Whirring Bronze Gizmo 2x Heavy Blasting Powder 2x Wool Cloth)
[SEE POST 264 for Garlic of Greymane's Modifications for Goblin Engineering.]

For your Gnome engineering quest:
6 Mithril Tubes (195) (3x Mithril Bar)
1 Accurate Scope (180) (1x Bronze Tube 1x Jade 1x Citrine)
2 Advanced Target Dummies (185)
(1x Iron Strut 1x Bronze Framework 1x Gyrochronatom 4x Heavy Leather)

Goblin is the realm of BOOM. You get a wider variety of and more powerful explosives. Unfortunately the dragon gun and the mortar still trigger the shared explosive reuse timer, though they are on separate cooldowns.

Goblin engineering produces the following:

1) (205) Goblin mining hat (AC 190, +15 sta, +5 mining, mail armor, BoP) (You no take candle!)

2) (205) Goblin construction hat (AC 44, +15 fire resist, cloth, BoP) Use: absorb 300 to 500 fire damage for 1 minute.

3) (205) Goblin sapper charge (explosive, limited use) Damage enemies around you for a lot while damaging you for slightly less.

4) (205) Goblin Rocket Fuel recipe (creates a recipe) create recipes for alchemists, who in turn can supply you with goblin rocket fuel, necessary for some schematics.

5) (205) Goblin Mortar (explosive, 6 uses) Has a minimum and maximum range. Binds on equip, so you can recharge your own mortar (using the Mortar: Reloaded schematic gained at the same time) for significantly fewer resources than a new mortar, but cannot recharge anyone else's as it is soulbound to them. Also worth noting is that this item apparently still causes a "stun" effect instead of a "disorient" effect, which is somewhat more useful. However, the radius is smaller than listed, probably 6 yards instead of 10.

6) (225) Goblin Rocket Boots (AC 41, cloth) These boots are one of the few items usable by those without the engineering skill. They allow fast running for a short period of time, but are prone to explosion.

7) (230) Goblin Bomb Dispenser (trinket, BoP) Can create one bomb that behaves as an exploding sheep, every 30 minutes.

8) (235) The Big One (explosive, 2 uses) A massive bomb that deals high damage in a huge radius. Has a longer than usual activation time.

9) (240) Goblin Dragon Gun (trinket, BoP) A 10-second channel creates a cone of flame that deals damage each second.

10(?) (245) Goblin Rocket Helmet (AC 50, +15 sta, cloth) Allows you to charge an enemy, knocking it unconscious for 30 seconds and yourself for less time. Damage ends the effect.
Gnomish is the realm of devices. Trinkets for every occasion. If you are satisfied with the amount of explosives from standard engineering, go gnomish for utility.

Gnomish engineering produces the following:

1) (205) Gnomish Shrink Ray (trinket) temporarily reduces target's attack power by 250. this can also backfire on the user, causing them to shrink or grow.

2) (205) Inlaid mithril cylinder plans (creates a recipe) creates plans for blacksmiths, who in turn can provide you with mithril cylinders, necessary for some schematics.

3) (210) Gnomish Goggles (AC 45, +9 agi, +9 sta, +9 spi, cloth, BoP) goggles with agility

4) (210) Gnomish Net-O-Matic Projector (trinket) Roots target for 10 seconds, 10 minute cooldown. Can backfire and root the user instead.

5) (215) Gnomish Harm Prevention belt (AC 66, +6 sta, leather) Use: blocks 500 damage over the next minute, but can also temporarily remove the user from reality.

6) (225) Gnomish rocket boots (AC 41, cloth) requires engineering to use, but cannot be destroyed like the goblin version.

7) (230) Gnomish Battle Chicken (trinket, BoP) summons a combat chicken for 90 seconds. 30 minute cooldown.

8) (235) Gnomish mind control cap (AC 50, +14 spi, cloth) allows mind control of your target for a short time.

9) (240) Gnomish death ray (trinket, BoP) a 4-second channel deals damage to you each second, and then releases more than the total amount at your target. Aggros as you start channeling.
Those are the big differences I know of. It's purely a matter of preference. Keep in mind that aside from the ones that are Bind on Pickup, you can trade/buy to get most of the other's products!
--------------------------------------------------------------

That's it, you should be 300 when reading this little section. Props to Thottbot, Auction House, and ideas given by various forums. Good luck to you, you'll probably need it after this faq drains your wallet. ^_^

How to change from one specialisation to another

Go to Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris. To the north is a small hut. Inside is a Gnome called Narain Soothfancy. Have a look at the book on the little table in the right hand corner. Right click on it and you get to choose what kind of specialization you want. Hope this helps.

Gurth on EU-Draenor has provided the following tip:
Just wanted to add a tip for goblin engineers. Reloading your goblin mortar will grant you skill ups till 375 :D (yes even if it's grey)

You will die sometimes, due to mortar charge exploding, losing some mats and travelling time from the closest graveyard (i know i had up 2 minutes rez timer! :) ), but you will skill up every 3-4 succesful crafts.

Considering that 1 craft only requires 3 solid blasting powder (6 stones), and a single mithril bar, makes this a dirty chaep way to get lasts otherwise uber expensive 50 points. Hurry up before blizz fix what is most likely a bug :)

So try it out :)

More Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide

This 1-375 Jewelcrafting should help you level jewelcrafting as efficiently as possible. In some situations you might find it easier to just check your abilities and craft the yellow items that you have the materials for. Other times you might get stuck and wonder what the easiest way from one level to the next is, that's where this guide will help you. Please leave any comments if you find anything that needs to be corrected or have advice for this guide. Enjoy:

Level 300-305

You will need to cut about 15 of the following gems to reach level 305. Their designs can be purchased from your faction's Master Jewelcrafting Trainer in Hellfire Penninsula. Since Wrath of the Lich King came out it's a lot harder to find the gems you need to level from 300-350. That's why I recommend using this guide to make tons of gold so you can offer top dollar for these mats.

Level 305-310

Again, you will need to cut about about 15 of the following gems to level to 310. These designs can also be purchased from your faction's Master Jewelcrafting Trainer in Hellfire Penninsula.

Level 310-320

Design: Fel Iron Blood Ring -> Fel Iron Blood Ring learned from your Master Jewelcrafting Trainer in Hellfire Penninsula. Craft 10 of these. Give/sell these to an enchanter friend or have an enchanter disenchant them for Arcane Dust.

Alternatively at 315 you can start crafting more green gems like you did above. A combination of these two crafts will best suit you depending on what is available from the Auction House or your inventory. But it won't be cheap on the Auction House so make sure you know how to make tons of gold before you waste your 'hard earned' gold. Here is a list of gems that are effective to level from 315-320:

Level 320-325

Design: Azure Moonstone Ring -> Azure Moonstone Ring learned from your Master Jewelcrafting Trainer. These are another great source of Arcane Dust.

Level 325-335

Design: Mercurial Adamantite -> Mercurial Adamantite learned from your Master Jewelcrafting Trainer. Create at least 15 of these, you'll need 15-20 of them while leveling from 335-350.

Level 335-350

Design: Heavy Adamantite Ring -> Heavy Adamantite Ring learned, again, from a Master JC trainer. Use your from above, or make a bunch first.

Level 350-360 (pre Wrath)

There are 34 blue world drop BoE jewelcrafting designs ranging from Bold Living Ruby to Jagged Talasite. Search on the Auction House and run 5 man instances until you get the ones you need/want. Use these designs to level to 360. Each resulting gem will sell for a bit more than it costs to buy the gem needed to make the cut. These are in decent demand on most servers and will be a good part of your jewelcrafting income.

Level 360-375 (pre Wrath)

There are all sorts of ways to reach 375, most require buying designs from faction vendors and crafing those to 375. Sha'tar faction will get you Design: Ring of Arcane Shielding which can take you to 365. At 370 you can get Lower City faction and buy Design: Figurine - Felsteel Boar.

Level 350-395(Northrend)

Before you get started, you're going to need a lot of gold, and I recommend you read this guide very carefully so you don't waste time. Once you're rich, buy 50-60 level 70 green quality gems off the Auction House. These include tings like Bloodstones, Chalcedony, Dark Jades, etc. Use them to craft the first trainer available recipes (there are dozens) until you're level 395. Sell these on the Auction House or dump them in your guild bank.

Level 390-425 (optional)

At level 390 you can start learning to cut blue quality gems earned by doing the daily Jewelcrafting quest. Each of these is likely to level you until level 425. You can purchase the uncut gem on the Auction House and resell it for a decent profit. Figure out which gems have the best market and markup and start buying/selling them gems and in at least a weeks time you should easily get to 425.

Level 395-400

Return to the Jewelcrafting trainer and learn one of the next 4 available crafts. Craft a total of 5 of these, any combination each requiring 1 of their respective green gems and 2 Crystallized Earth. This will get you to 400.

Level 400-420

The cheapest way to level 400-420 is to craft a total of 20-25 of: Stoneguard Bands or Shadowmight Rings. In all it will cost you a at least 40 Eternals, at least 20 Eternal Earths and a combination of 20 Earths or Shadows (for example: 30 Earths and 10 Shadows will allow you to craft 20 times). This will get you to level 420 quick. If you don't want to farm the Eternals yourself and don't have the cash, read this guide asap.

Level 420-425

By level 420 you should have several blue quality cuts that you can do. This is the cheapest way to get to 425, you can buy and sell these as mentioned in the 390-425 step above. If you don't have any of these cuts yet, you earn them by doing daily Jewelcrafting recipes.

Level 425-450

It's time to cut some meta gems. These have a decent market on the Auction House as well. Skyflare Diamond and Earthsiege Diamond are transmuted in mass while leveling Alchemy. You can find an Alchemist to transmute them or buy them pretty cheap on the Auction House. Cut them into meta gems and resell them for a profit. Recipes are available from the trainer in Dalaran. Cutting metas will get you all the way to 450.

Congratulations on level 450. Although it's been mentioned several times throughout the guide, we can't stress enough the benefit of learning EVERYTHING YOU CAN about earning gold in World of Warcraft. It really increases the level of enjoyment you get from the game.

Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide

This powerleveling guide is focused on leveling jewelcrafting from 1-300 as quickly and easily as possible when The Burning Crusade is released. This should give you edge over players who are unprepared when the expansion is out. I have chosen designs with easily obtainable materials opposed to cheap materials, and I have not considered resale value on items. If you have any suggestions, please share them with me at jewelcrafting@freewarcraftgold.com. Additionally, this guide was written during the beta so design specifications and material are likely to change. Please keep me posted with what you discover so I can keep this guide updated.

Once the Burning Crusade is released, the below materials will likely increase in value as Horde and Alliance shuffle to their respected cities and try to power level Jewelcrafting. I strongly recommend not only buying what you'll need to level to 300, but also extras in case something goes wrong after The Burning Crusade is released.

Here is the list of best case scenario and recommended amounts of materials for 1-300 Jewelcrafting:

7g 12s 80c for training
180-240 Copper Bars
50-75 Malachite
100-140 Silver Bars
40-60 Shadowgems
100-140 Bronze Bars
75-90 Jade
90-120 Elemental Earth
120-180 Thorium Bars
30-45 Star Rubys
30-40 Large Opal

Acquire the above materials and then go to the Jewelcrafting trainer in Silvermoon / Exodar. You shouldn't have to leave once you start.

What I'm saying is, make sure you have this stuff before you venture into the Outlands or you'll be wishing you didn't have to go back to collect materials.

Enchanting Leveling Guide

Enchanting is one of my favorite profession in the game and quite expensive as well to powerlevel but can make you a nice return of consistent gold income with disenchanting and selling of mats. With the launch of Wrath of the Lich King, I guess it is better to start of with the location of trainers: Alliance: Elizabeth Jackson - 58,62 in Valgarde, Howling Fjord. Alexis Marlowe - 57,71 in Valiance Keep, Borean Tundra. Horde: Eorain Dawnstrike - 41,53 in Warsong Hold, Borean Tundra. Emil Autumn - 78,28 in Vengence Landing, Howling Fjord. Neutral: Enchanter Nalthanis - 38,39 in Dalaran. Here is the powerleveling guide for enchanting 375 to 450. Kindly note that some of the steps are overlapping, so use the one which you have mats for or can be bought cheaply from the auction house: 375-385 Enchant Bracers - Exceptional Intellect – 10 Infinite Dust Enchant Boots - Assault – 4 infinite Dust + 4 Lesser Cosmic Essence 380-390 Enchant Weapon - Greater Potency – 2 Infinite Dust + 4 Lesser Cosmic Essence 385-395 Enchant Boots – Icewalker – 8 Infinite Dust + 1 Crystallized Water 395-405 Enchant Cloak - Superior Agility – 9 Infinite Dust 400-410 Enchant Cloak - Superior Agility – 16 Infinite Dust + 3 Greater Cosmic Essence 410-420 Enchant Gloves- Precision – 15 Infinite Dust + 5 Greater Cosmic Essence 415-425 Enchant Boots- Superior Agility – 16 Infinite Dust + 6 Greater Cosmic Essence 420-430 Enchant Cloak- Major Agility - 18Infinite Dust + 6 Greater Cosmic Essence + 2 Dream Shard Enchant Bracer- Major Spirit - 16 Infinite Dust + 12 Greater Cosmic Essence 430-440 Enchant Cloak- Migthy Armor - 20 Infinite Dust + 10 Greater Cosmic Essence 440-450 Enchant Weapon – Lifeward – 4 Abyss Crystal Enchant Cloak – Shadow Armor - 20 Infinite Dust + 12 Greater Cosmic Essence + 1 Abyss Crystal Kindly note that at enchanting level 430, you will need to obtain the Runed Titanium Rod which mats required are as follows: 1 x Titanium Rod 40 x Infinite Dust 12 x Greater Cosmic Essence 8 x Dream Shard 1 x Runed Eternium Rod

Wow Tailoring Leveling Guide Recap

This is a powerleveling guide which will walk you through the quickest and cheapest way to powerlevel tailoring from 375-450 using alternative patterns listed whenever it makes sense.

Leveling Guide:
Note every pattern listed is purchasable from the trainer or a vendor unless highlighted

From 350-375
Bolt of Frostweave (5x Frostweave Cloth) x 1445
Not at 375 yet? No worries! You can make Bolt of Frostweaves until you are!

From 375-380
Frostwoven Robe (4x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Eternium Thread) x5

From 375-425
you can craft basically the entire Frostwoven and Duskweave set - which is worth it if you plan on using it. Otherwise just goes over the cheapest items in these 2 sets to skill up with.

From 380-390
Frostwoven Leggings (5x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x10

From 390-395
Frostwoven Boots (4x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5

From 395-400
Frostwoven Leggings (5x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5

From 400-405
Bolt of Imbued Frostweave (3x Bolt of Frostweave, 2x Infinite Dust) x5
Craft as may of these as you can until it turns grey at 405, you’ll need it to level from 425-450. If you plan on leveling only to 440 you’ll need 90 of these. If you plan on leveling to 450 you need about 300 more.

From 405-415
Duskweave Wristwraps (8x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5

From 415-420
Duskweave Gloves (9x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5

From 420-425
Duskweave Shoulders (10x Bolt of Frostweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5

From 425-430
Frostweave Bag (6x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Ethernium Thread) x5
Black Duskweave Wristwraps (4x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Iceweb Spider Silk, 2x Ethernium Thread) x5
Black Duskweave Leggings (5x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Iceweb Spider Silk, 2x Ethernium Thread) x5
Depending if you have any Iceweb Spider Silk, Black Duskweave Wristwraps are the cheapest way to level to 430 - I included the Black Duskweave Leggings as they are a good pair of rare leggings that cost only 1 extra Bolt of Imbued Frostweave.

From 430-440
Frostweave Bag (6x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Ethernium Thread) x10
Cheapest thing you can make at this point and at least you can auction them to get some profit.

From 440-445
Frostweave Bag (6x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Ethernium Thread) x25
Optional Abyssal Bag (4x Ebonweave, 2x Spellweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5 - Pattern Obtained through Knights of the Ebon Blade Revered Reputation
Optional Mysterious Bag (4x Spellweave, 2x Moonshroud, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5 - Pattern Obtained through The Wyrmrest Accord Revered Reputation
Optional Glacial Bag (4x Moonshroud, 4x Ebonweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5 - Pattern Obtained through The Son of Hodir Exaulted Reputation
Now this gets extremely hard. There are a handful of patterns that stay yellow to 445 but the cheapest way to go is to just make 25x Frostweave Bags and pray that you get lucky. No seriously. The other option is to craft the 3 rare bags - however Ebonweave, Spellweave, and Moonshroud all have a 4 day cooldown (similar to the cloths in TBC) and the patterns all require reputation to purchase.

From 445-450
Frostweave Bag (6x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 2x Ethernium Thread) x25
Optional Ebonweave Gloves (4x Ebonweave, 4x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 1x Eternium Thread, 1x Frozen Orb) x5
Optional Moonshroud Gloves (4x Moonshroud, 4x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 1x Eternium Thread, 1x Frozen Orb) x5
Optional Spellweave Gloves (4x Spellweave, 4x Bolt of Imbued Frostweave, 1x Eternium Thread, 1x Frozen Orb) x5
Optional Mysterious Bag (4x Spellweave, 2x Moonshroud, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5
Optional Glacial Bag (4x Moonshroud, 4x Ebonweave, 1x Ethernium Thread) x5
You can also make the tailoring epic gloves now as well so might as well craft 1 to help level. Past that the cheapest way is still Frostweave Bag followed by the 2 rare bags. (Abyssal Bags turn green at 445 so is not on this list.)

Total Materials Required:
390 Imbued Frostweave
275 Frostweave Bolt
175 Ethernium Thread

or

7225 Frostweave Cloth
780 Infinite Dust
175 Ethernium Thread

Note that this is the fastest way to get to 450 - you can craft the optional items to sell or to use, but you’ll need more types of materials and it’ll cost a lot more and/or take much longer.

Special Perks for Tailors
Tailors get unique cloak enchants (healer - Darkglow Embroidery, caster - Lightweave Embroidery, melee - Swordguard Embroidery and as well as an easy to craft Spellthread to use on their pants (note that it is not any better then the one they can craft for other players, however the materials are drastically cheaper). Finally tailors get to craft a magic carpet to ride on! Tailors also get a new ability learned from a world drop book - Northern Cloth Scavenging - which increases the cloth drop rates of all Northrend Humonoids they kill!

For those saving TBC materials - you can still make rare/epic TBC tailoring items up to 395 (just about every pattern that crafts a rare/epic item that you learned at 375 will turn green at 390 and gray at 395) however this guide will focus on the cheapest materials to get to 450 - which in all cases points to new Northrend green tailoring items. If you still want to stock up on materials to level with TBC mats your best bet is to craft a ton of Golden Spellthread/Runic Spellthread as they are currently the cheapest high level items as well as still being somewhat useful in WOTLK.
